The American Heart Association and NFL Draft CPR training Guinness world record. 1,293 people were trained in Hands-Only CPR in one hour with Damar Hamlin’s Chasing M's Foundation, and Doctor Mike.

American Heart Association 2026 Heart Ball

The Heart Ball is an annual black-tie social gathering that celebrates the mission to end cardiovascular disease and stroke through fundraising and philanthropy.

Great to meet you! I'm Caleb. Your event shouldn't look like every other event. So why hire someone who treats you the same as all of their other clients? That's why I created Your Media Matters. My goal is to work with you to capture your brand or group's unique energy. I don't want you to fit in—I want you to stand out. I love being a part of the group I'm photographing. I'm always looking to build lasting relationships with my clients, not just take their pictures and leave.

Pittsburgh Event Photography FAQ

What types of events do you photograph?

Corporate events, conferences, nonprofit fundraisers, galas, concerts, brand events, and private celebrations.

What areas do you serve & do you have a travel fee?

I serve Pittsburgh and the surrounding region. I am available for travel outside of Pittsburgh as well. A $0.75 fee per mile (round trip) outside of my 25 mile driving radius will be applied in your quote. For out of state coverage, I will require all travel accommodations to be covered as well per my contract. This includes, airplane tickets, checked baggage fees, hotels, and any ride share app costs.

How much does event photography cost?

My prices start at $500 for a 2 hour event. Prices may vary depending on location, length of event, if I need a second photographer, expedited turnaround time, optional add-ons, and client needs.

What’s included in event photography coverage?

A free planning consultation, coverage time, editing time, high resolution downloads shared via an online gallery, and social media and marketing usage.

How do we book, and when is payment due?

You can book by filling out an inquiry form. Once an inquiry has been filled out and confirmation of event has been set, a security deposit of half the total price will be due. Final half of total price is due upon delivery of photos.

When will we receive our photos?

Within 1 week of the end of the event. This will differ if you need the rush delivery add on.
